As the all-round organiser, Lauren handles various responsibilities. Her duties encompass providing current financial data, managing payroll, implementing administrative systems and policies, scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with accreditation and government regulations, and continually supporting Tim and Ryan in upholding clinic standards. Outside of work, she treasures moments with loved ones, embracing an active lifestyle through walks, runs, and gym sessions. She frequently embarks on adventures or travels with her family and friends, prioritising experiences and enjoyment in life. Additionally, she takes immense pride in her very athletic children, wholeheartedly supporting them in their cheerleading pursuits.
