What do you like about working in a physiotherapy clinic?
I really enjoy the variability in my daily routine at the clinic. It’s exciting because I get to engage with a wide range of people, which keeps things fresh and interesting. I take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly at the front desk, whether it's answering calls with a welcoming voice or managing bookings and admin tasks efficiently. I also like staying on top of the latest products and making sure the clinic gets what it needs on time.
Work Philosophy:
My work philosophy is centered around organisation, and connection. I believe in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so that the people I interact with, whether clients or team members, feel supported and valued. I try to stay proactive and always one step ahead—whether it’s managing bookings, staying updated on products, or keeping everything in order at the front desk. At the same time, I really focus on creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I think it’s important to connect with people on a personal level, so they feel comfortable and heard, whether it’s in person or on the phone.
Outside of work:
When I do get some downtime, I like to kick back and binge-watch a good series with a glass of wine. It’s my way of unwinding and having a bit of me-time. I also really appreciate the time I get to relax with friends or just enjoy some quiet moments at home.
